What PaintNetwork is

PaintNetwork is a matching service that connects homeowners and businesses in London with independent local painters and decorators. We are not a painting or decorating contractor ourselves, and we do not employ the painters on our network — each is an independent business responsible for their own work, pricing, insurance, and conduct.

For customers

Submitting an enquiry through PaintNetwork does not create any obligation to proceed with a job. We aim to match your enquiry with a painter who covers your area and the type of work you need, who will then contact you directly to discuss your project and provide a quote. Any agreement for work — including price, timing, and scope — is between you and that painter.

For painters

Joining PaintNetwork as a painter requires an application, which we review manually before approval. Approved painters may be offered leads in the areas and services they've registered to cover, under either a Pay Per Lead or Exclusive Area Partner arrangement. We do not guarantee any particular volume of leads.

Acceptable use

Please provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry or application. Don't use the site to submit false enquiries, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Liability

PaintNetwork is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of work carried out by painters on our network. We recommend customers satisfy themselves as to a painter's suitability — for example by checking references, insurance, or qualifications — before agreeing to work.

Changes to these terms
