What we collect

When you use our "Get a quote" or "Join PaintNetwork" forms, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, the area and type of work involved, and any project details you choose to share. Painter applicants also provide a business name and the areas and services they cover.

How we use it

Customer enquiries are matched with a painter who covers the relevant area and service, and shared with that painter so they can contact you directly about your project. Painter applications are reviewed manually before approval. We use your email address to send you service-related messages — for example, confirming your enquiry or, for painters, application and lead notifications.

Who we share it with

Customer enquiry details are shared only with the specific local painter matched to that enquiry. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and application records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@paintnetwork.co.uk.

Cookies

We use only the minimum technical cookies needed to operate the site (for example, to keep a form submission secure). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
